They email, text, upload and send videos, get their news online, upload pictures, Twitter, etc…Big business owners will not shrink away from social media as long as the masses are using it.
Facebook can help small business owners connect with their customers and reach more people. They don’t call it “social media” for nothing! People are connecting and communicating with each other everyday. This is how they stay in touch without having to leave their homes. It’s fast, easy, and inexpensive. There’s no reason why they wouldn’t take advantage of social media.
Small business owners, give Facebook a chance. Try it out for a few months to get a good feel for it. Forums and blogs like this one will provide you with “tips and tricks” to social media that you can incorporate into your business. Before you know it, you’ll be a pro and have a huge following of people!
