Because a freelance writer is a type of writer, everybody who wants to become a freelance writer also wants to be a writer. There are some who want to become writers but don't neccessarily want to go freelance, for example, those who want to work on the staff of a magazine or newspaper. “Many people want to become writers. That’s not logical.
