I agree that professionalism is always best.  I also agree that the internet gives people a safe haven
where they post what they want and say what&#039;s on their mind without thinking about the consequences.  My motto is
&quot;what other people think of me is none of my business.&quot;  I respond to comments in a professional manner then go on
with my day!</description>

Great advice. If writers remember professionalism first, all else should fall into place.  Letting things roll off your back (Teflon!) is also great advice.  Somehow, I believe the virtual world seems safer for some people to do things they normally wouldn&#039;t do (think: photos of lovers on cell phones, sexting), including writing a scathing response to an article/discussion/post.  We don&#039;t seem to be improving in these areas, making your advice solid well into our future.</description>
