I have done some web design and a lot of translation. But I wanted to expand and look for writing jobs. I don't know if this has been a put off (and a reason to burn out) for other writers, but on freelance websites the rates they offer are an insult to the work that goes into a good article. I have seen several jobs offering $1,00 an article!! Are they serious? On the other hand, can someone tell me if I am maybe just looking in the wrong places for work?
